How the Mobile Notary process works
Contact us to schedule an appointment, and our mobile notary will come to your location. Bring a valid ID and the unsigned document to be notarized. Most appointments take 15-30 minutes.
Is My Presence Required for Notarization
Certainly. To notarize a document, New York State law requires that the individual whose signature is being notarized must sign the document in my presence. It's not permissible for the person to sign the document beforehand and then present it to me for notarization.
Which Forms of Identification are Acceptable for Notarization Purposes
NY State require a government-issued ID containing your recent photograph, signature, and physical description for notarization. Examples include a state driver's license, US passport, international passport, or federal ID card. Please note that we cannot accept a photo of your ID.
Which Payment Methods are Accepted
We accept payments in cash, credit card, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle for notary services.
